    Where? I want to say I read all the Lara-Golovkin stuff, and I don't remember that at all. The only article mentioning weight says at 160.

    Manager Luis DeCubas Jr. confirmed to BoxingScene.com that Erislandy Lara (19-1-2, 12KOs), the WBA's interim-junior middleweight champion, is ready and willing to move up in weight to face the WBA/IBO champion at 160-pounds

        "Lara's trainer won't let him doe, he ain't serious doe, HBO won't allow it doe"....
        I think it's a pretty even matchup and I'd be rooting for Golovkin, but no way does he take this fight.

          Hey everybody at 160 is ducking GGG, right? And 168 for that matter.

          Lara's a known name and unless I'm mistaken, is willing to go up in weight.

          Why get in line? Unless you're worried about something...?

            No, that would be his manager. Lara can't speak English, much less write posts on twitter in the language. Someone should call him out for being full of it because his advisor will never allow him to fight on HBO, not that HBO would make him much of an offer if any to fight there. Cheap way to get publicity for his upcoming PBC fight on Spike.

              GGG is on the verge of landing a mega fight and Lara can't draw flies to sh¡t. "GGG will never fight me." You're right Lara, cause you ain't worth a sh¡t. Last time you had a chance to prove yourself you turned in a career low performance.

              Howwver, for my own sadist amusement, I would love to watch GGG hunt the runner Lara down in the ring and pound on his fragile body. I would sit back and enjoy that thoroughly.

              Lara = fragile.

                  "Lara, who wants to fight Golovkin at 154...." 160 (and actually reach out to his team) or use somebody else's name for attention (Haymon).

                  All these fighters under Haymon and Lara can't get any meaningful fights? Put some pressure on your manager/adviser cause your career has run stale.

                    GGG can even make Lara look like an entertaining fighter. But for real if I never see Lara fight again it will be to soon.

                      Lara is grabbing for straws, he needs a defining win to restore his presence at middleweight. He is going for broke calling out GGG, hoping either to
                      1. Run all night like with Canelo, probably lose, but at least win some rounds and ruin GGG's KO streak.
                      2. Maybe be able to run and copy what he did with Canelo and possibly win a lackluster decision.

                      I think he should concentrate at 154. He is still in my opinion the better overall fighter then Canelo and would definitely be the a favorite against future rising Jr Middle stars from WW
