Willie Monroe took some punishment last night at The Forum in Inglewood, but he earned the respect of WBA/IBO middleweight champion Gennady "GGG" Golovkin (30-0, 30KOs).
Golovkin dropped him hard twice in the second round and one final time in the sixth, where Monroe told the referee that he had enough. With the victory Golovkin gained his 20th consecutive knockout victory.
