Why do people demand Floyd fight the toughest opposition out there but not Pacquiao?

Why does Floyd have to fight the toughest and biggest guy out there at the age of 38 and not Manny Pacquiao, Why isn't anybody mentioning Thurman or Khan or Brook or Maidana or Canelo as potential opponents for Pacquiao? why is it that if Floyd doesn't fight even 1 of them everybody is gonna be like Floyd ducked him?

I think Pacquiao's fans themselves gave up on Pacquiao becoming the best P4P fighter in the world again especially after he got outclassed on May 2nd, so they just wanna see him get his hands raised at the end of the fight regardless of who the opponent is.

    What do you guys think?

It can be said that many Pac fans here were really just May haters all the time now that Pac got defeated they don't care about him much, they side with their next chosen guy to defeat Mayweather let that be Golovkin, Khan or anyone with a pulse.

Pacs career has been carefully guided. Basically copying everything Floyd has done. Except fighting the same guys when he had a clear advantage. Weight, long lay offs, coming off a loss etc. every one else he has fought just literally stood there in front of him so he could tee off on them. Very carefully matched.

I really tip my hat to Bob Arum and Top Rank. They did a hell of a job. But the party if finally over.

Brook is being mentioned, by Top Rank.

Khan, Thurman and Maidana are Haymon fighters and Canelo is too big.

Brook vs PAC would be a huge fight. If PAC can come out impressive, we all will begin to hear the drum beats for a rematch...brought to you by HBO which will provide Floyd return to 24/7.

Anybody calling for GGG vs Mayweather doesn't like Mayweather. Put yourself in Mayweather's shoes.

Never heard pac run his mouth and call himself the best ever have you?
When you talk that way people expect you to back it up.
Beating not one prime elite fighter for the last 7 years just doesn't do it for people sorry.
Canelo may end up being a great win but of course he made him drop to 152 even after fighting 2 faded great fighters at 154 already.
