I dont remember Quillin getting dropped 3 times nor do i remember Monroe dropping GGG...so how did you come to that conclusion?
Quillen inability to finish Lee with confidence despite dropping him very early. And he was also tentative and lack the will to engage like Monroe because he was hurt by Lee.
Quillin has one-punch power in both hands, putting down basically any middleweight in the division; whether Quillin can keep focused and clear-minded enough to stay on his Ps and Qs for the full fight is a different conversation.
If Monroe is there to be hit, Quillin puts him out.
