I could sense improvement just during the show a few weeks ago. There were a lot of long pauses in the beginning but after a while, he started to fill those empty gaps with commentary.
Tim is a timid dude very relaxed soft spoken I'm not sure interviewing people is the best fit for him... I wish him all the best though he's a hell of a fighter/family man.
