if maidana is motivated like he was for the broner mayweather fight its hard to bet against him. but i would not be surprised if spence beat him its just spence needs more fights against live fighters before he could step in the ring with the beast known as maidana

I think you're not getting past the current Maidana unless you are an A or B+ level fighter. Spence looks talented but so have plenty of others until they met cetain fighters. Look at Broner.

Maidana might Bronerize him now that I think about it.

For Spence, its a little to much to soon, he would have a good chance if it was Chinos first fight back but if chino takes a tune-up at or around 147 and makes the weight comfortably, chino would set Spences career back a bit. Chino needs to get busy though or he will suffer the fate of alot of modern boxers that make a HUGE payday and take a long lay off. Chino should fight Berto or Bundu before he takes on any top ten guys or prospects, although I bet Haymon matches him hard 1st fight back.

I don't think Maidana would even want the fight. Maidana is a very selective cherry picker. Always has been.

I also think, unless it's a massive fight, there is no way Maidana can motivate himself, and that I kinda think he's done as a fighter. Yea, he looked good against Floyd, but the dude has taken too long off, gotten too fat.

Hopefully, he can get his act together, and maybe get a Danny Garcia fight, like he supposedly wants. D. Garcia should take that fight, its a great fight for him style wise.

i want Spence to step up his comp, but i think fighting Chino right now would be too early in his career. I'd like to see hime fight Berto instead or a Soto-karass first then chino after that

Maidana seems ripe for the picking coming off of two high paying super fights. Spence gets off first the entire fight and wins a surprisingly easy decision.

I didnt think of Swift, I like that match up a lot! I guess I was more thinking in terms of fighting a guy like Spence, Berto or Bundu would be a good tune-up kinda fight before a "potentially" great prospect. I also agree Chino like motivation and DSG is the kinda fight thatll light a fire under his @$$ I think.
