He dropped Algieri a total of six times, but two of them were obvious slips. Regardless, the fight should have been stopped after the knockdown in the ninth.

Doubt it very much.

However, a non-drug tested Porter certainly was.

There's no doubt in my mind that Pacquiao would knock Malignaggi out, let's not forget Khan and Hatton already stopped better versions of him.

Malignaggi hangs on to the notion that Porter was juicing to try to excuse the fact he got mauled and continues to throw mud on Porter's name, unfairly imo.
