Murray was outboxing him in the early rounds of their fight, and possibly would've continued longer if the ring wasn't ridiculously small.

GGG is a beast because of his power, and whilst his skills are slept on, he's certainly not an elite boxer imo.

I agree that at this point GGG would beat a badly faded Froch via a UD. I think a prime Froch would KO him.

I doubt it, Froch was always wide open, never real technical. Dont really see him as badly faded, his risk reward calculation changed after beating Groves before 80000 at Wembley

Any fighter with a 345-5 amateur record and a silver medal can probably fight in a number of ways. You don't get to that record without versatility.

I see many people like you who suckered into judging fighters by amateur records without a question. It's not offense because I can see the logic in it but tell me wouldn't it be more logical if I would believe my own eyes instead and I would make my judgement based on my watching experiences? Based on them Golovkin looks pretty bad if he's countered or forced to move backward/stop. It happened very rarely though because so far nobody could do it long enough. Because he is good and his opponents aren't exactly world beaters either.
And I don't know about sport when the high level would mean automatically that a sportsman/team can do all the styles in the particular sport. I'm pretty sure that George Foreman couldn't do slick defensive moves very well for example or Pernell Whitaker wouldn't be the best in a brawl.

Jas, why do you want to make this a question about race again? It's not because his skin colour it's because common sense and believe my own eyes, and they're telling me that Golovkin couldn't do what Mayweather does. Or if would try so he wouldn't be so successful with it.
