I do wanna say I think Mayweather's power is underrated. If he planted his feet and threw his power into his punches, I think he could get a KO. But why do that if he doesn't need to? Also, his hands have been a problem for quite a while, I'm skeptical that they could be improved significantly at this point. Best you can do is numb em, which I'd guess he already does.
