Khans always been good for a laugh. What I can't stand about Khan is he's not hungry. This guys has been on the verge of a Mayweather fight for 2 years. And he lets all these fighters steal it right from under him. I dont understand why he just doesnt take on the baddest dude out there and earn his shot the right way. Instead he fights a JWW thats been down 9 times in his past 2 fights.

That is my only issue with Khan, I like watching him fight.

But the fact that he has talked about this fight for the last 3 years, and yet done absolutely nothing to push for it, is a little disappointing.

All he had to do was fight Brook, and that fight was in the bag.

Thiurman/Brook should fight, with the winner clearly being the most deserving recipient of that final Mayweather payday. But I bet they dont.

Every welter had had a chance, two tried/failed, nobody else was interested.

I would give the fight to Lara, for being the most deserving fighter 147-154.

He will fight anyone, and has made genuine efforts to land the best opponents.

The welters just havent done enough to be mentioned imho.

Khan has the best chance to beat Mayweather in the WW division.

It that is true, then why didn't Khan try to earn that fight, instead of waiting for others to fail and landing it by default?

Beating Brook would have clearly established Khan ahead of the pack.

Thurmans win over Guerrero, and Brooks win over Porter, put them ahead of the pack. But neither have done enough to DEMAND anything, let alone Mayweather.

No welter has put together two nice back-to-back wins.

Thurman/Brook winner would be the most deserving.

Khan has done nothing, despite having the best opportunity to force that fight.

Khan is a great payday for every welter not named Floyd or Manny. He has no excuse to justify his mediocre standing at 147 for two reasons.....

* Mayweather confirmed his retirement date years ago.
* Khan had plenty of opportunities to rise through the ranks at welter, but for some reason he did not take them.

He looks a bit silly for not fighting Brook earlier this year to force the fight.

The man ducked Khan 3 times, it is what it is. Floyd is a boxing genuis, i watch all his fights (and many of them multiple times) but doesn't change the fact he ducked Khan 3 times, we can't overlook that just because he's a great fighter.
