I have noticed a slight dip off in the speed of Verdejo's punches......has a big frame and a lot of muscle mass to carry around. I can't imagine making weight was all that easy for him.

If i didnt know who any were or the weight class and saw only verdejo I'd think he was a 154 pounder or 147. He's got amazing size. Reminds me of Shane and Oscar in a way with that size
