That is exactly what Mayweather should do.

Especially now he knows that Pac simply cannot beat him.

If the vaunted warrior Pacquiao - who has made that exact offer previously - does not accept the challenge, then we know he just wants a payday.

If Pac really thinks he won (lol) then why would he refuse, right pacstains ?

Not referring to you now but the Boxing IQ on this website is horrible. Manny does not have the footwork to deal with Mayweather period. End of story. Torn shoulder or not. Now let's build up the next boogie man for floyd in Sept.
Floyd's jab definately made the fight for him and I was surprised, Pac is usually very good at taking people's jabs away. It didn't even seem like he tried save for a couple left counters, however, its his right hand that he uses to counter jabs. I do know part of it was the reach advantage but damn.

        I don't see the point.

They say he's out 4-6 months so he'll be unable to train for at least that long so he needs a tuneup fight. And he's already smaller than Floyd, he'll be a year older given his style relies on athleticism, and he'll be taking a 80/20 deal in order to get a rematch.

He's done. He'd just be coming for a paycheck.

#48 doesn't deserve a rematch considering the way he has acted since he got his ass whipped in the first fight. He should retire while he still has a shred of dignity left!

Precisely. What surprised me was that, when we got to the mid-rounds, Pac kept moving forward without defending against the jab. I didn't see any good head movement or any footwork. Where's the circling? He basically pulled a Rios almost, moved forward like a zombie and was an easy target for Floyd's jabs. Both guys were obviously hesitant to punch but Floyd loosened up a little somewhere in the middle while Pac did nothing to adjust, costing him the victory.

I do think he was doing a decent job of catching and parrying the jab but obviously, judges thought those landed. But yea, Pac's classic head and feet were not there

Regardless of whether he had one good arm or two, #48 fought the wrong kind of fight. Even if he did have an injured shoulder (which I still doubt), it didn't affect his lateral movement, it didn't affect his defense and it didn't affect his poor decision to walk in a straight line towards Floyd, as you stated.

This was the biggest fight of his life and he fought like a guy who had 10 professional fights and who knew nothing about his opponent. A shoulder injury (legitimate or not) had nothing to do with that.

Well for starters he was forced to think. When you're either missing a lot or getting countered, you're going to start thinking about what the hell else you can do to win the fight. And maybe he thought going balls out was a dumb idea. It would've been based on what I saw. Manny went at Floyd real hard in that sixth and landed a couple good shots but what went overlooked was that Floyd handled it well and also landed some well placed punches to the head and body. You could tell at the end of the round that Manny was a little fatigued. If he didn't pace himself after there was a strong chance of him getting stopped later.

This is it. I think we need strong judges who wont just give FLoyd points everytime he extends his arms in a jabbing motion.
Judges give FLoyd points to readily like they are on commision almost.

Or they give him the rounds because he actually won them...
