Homie hasn't fought in about a year. Is he trying to be Andre Ward or what?

I'm big on him but he could of done the Korobov fight and Charlo, positioning himself for a bigger payday, but he jsut is'nt active. Which is a shame to lose some of his prime to this. He has fought twice in 2 years and he has'nt got anything lined up that I've heard of.Comment

He is an idiot. I don't understand some of these guys: You are not a star! Nobody in the general public knows who you are. If you go out in public you will not recognized. Build yourself up. Stay active. Fight for short money as long as you are getting tv time. Be aggressive in the ring dominate your foes. Then maybe you will get the money you deserve.Comment

was the last time he fought against Brian Rose or w/e his name is? That was a mismatch. When he fought Vanes it was pretty competitive; think he even got dropped early. Ultimately he does seem like he's expecting the star treatment when he hasn't done enough to merit that. I wish he would have fought the Charlo guy because the Charlos are so f***ing boring, and maybe he could've taken at least one of them out of the spotlight for a while.Comment

From ESPN's Fat Dan
A few notes from around the boxing world:
• Junior middleweight titlist Demetrius Andrade (21-0, 14 KOs), who has not fought in 13 months because of general contract unhappiness -- despite co-promoters Artie Pelullo and Joe DeGuardia offering him various fights for career-high six-figure purses -- is expected to finally return in late August or September. The promoters told ESPN.com they have various possible fights in the pipeline for him, although a proposed bout on Aug. 15 at the Foxwoods resort in Mashantucket, Connecticut, is not going to happen, according to Pelullo.
One of the possible bouts Pelullo said was in the works would be for Andrade, 27, to make a trip to Australia to face 40-year-old former super middleweight titlist Anthony Mundine (47-6, 27 KOs), who has been fighting at junior middleweight for the past few years. Andrade has not fought since he made his first title defense against mandatory challenger Brian Rose, whom he knocked out in the seventh round on June 14, 2014, at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.Comment
