They're right, but this is the one BPP posted:

Eight division world champion Manny Pacquiao will receive a hero’s welcome when he arrives with his family from Los Angeles where he underwent surgery to repair a torn rotator cuff in his right shoulder which was aggravated in round four of his “Battle for Greatness” against undefeated pound for pound king Floyd Mayweather Jr. on May 2nd. Solar Entertainment, which acquired the exclusive television rights for the unprecedented multi network coverage of the fight, has organized a massive motorcade following a press conference at the VIP lounge of Philippine Airlines Centennial Terminal 2.

At least the Filipino people have more decency than NSB posters.

There would be no such thing as bored in Manila if the performances were reversed during that fight

I'd be too if I was someone expecting Manny to use his speed, angles and volume punching to beat Floyd.

They have added a new part to the grieving process. If all else fails call it a failure because it was "boring." The butt hurt is amazing to watch. Floyd wins 10 out of 10 times.
