Does rubio hit a lot harder than Kofi?

Comparable.

It's not necessarily a matter of hitting "harder" per say....because we all know Jantuah likes to load up on his punches untill he's basically so off balance he looks like he's doing a bad job ice skating.

Rubio shoots the right hand, and can be very technical at times. I'd have to say he has as much power...because if he were to load up like Kofi does...he would kill guys.

He and Roman Karmazin sure do have alot in common in the way they fight. They both like to throw similar combinations to the body and head...and I think it could be a replay of that fight. However....Ouma's chin is an enigma. He was floored 4 times in the first round against Silva....and was knocked down repeatedly against Karmazin....and he took flush punches from Jantuah and did not even blink.

That must be mental conditioning and I'm more than sure it depends on the Ouma that shows up. If he trains hard...he should win the fight with his handspeed and superior skill level. He can't take Rubio lightly though.

I don't know how being knocked to the canvas repeatedly, and not being coherent enough to answer the ref is a "technicality".
