When I read the 1st post I dismissed it all...but then I watched a few rounds that I thought Floyd won at 1/2 speed and it does look a lot closer. I actually now think Manny won the last round and that an argument could possibly be made for a draw. I don't have the patience to watch it all at 1/2 speed...it was hard enough to watch at full speed.
The punch statistics that prove Floyd Mayweather was fortunate to beat Manny Pacquiao

Good news. I have been saying that Manny might have won if the ref and judges were not in Floyds corner. Manny was discounted for his body shots and several jabs. He also landed the far more influential punches, causing Floyd to cover or run throughout the fight.Comment

Finally some people are starting to catch on. Floyd lands nothing to very little in this fight, (in the Canelo fight also) I know you hate hearing that. It is a travesty that he is awarded fights in a landslide for these performances.
His fights are the biggest money making frauds. I wouldn't pay $1.00 to look at Floyd fight anymore.Last edited by NEELZ; 05-12-2015, 04:40 AM.Comment

You can skew the punchstats anyway you wish, they can only go so far.
In the end it felt like Floyd had complete control of the fight for at least 75% of it. I cannot find any way to give Manny that fight, he did not do nearly enough.
Think of it this way, Maidana, in the first fight, paid no attention to Floyd's game. He went in and fought Floyd how he wanted to fight him. He had no respect for Floyd and made that fight rematch worthy.
Manny played right into Floyds hands. Got not only out landed, but out thrown!!Comment

I wouldn't take it as far as to say that Floyd didn't win, but what I will say is that the fight wasn't as lopsided as many Floyd fans here claimed it was.
I watched the reply without the distraction of the fight party going on in my house and without question Pac took rounds 3,4,6,9,10. I was baffled at how the judges and Harold Lederman were giving Floyd rounds for doing nothing but being elusive.Comment
