I think that you guys are misinterpreting most of the replies. They're not angry, they seem to be making fun of something that in reality is kind of ridiculous.
*Months before the fight Roach and Pacquiao say they're ready for Floyd even if he runs.

*Pacquiao is said to be messing sparring partners up as usual.

*Tells his people on the post fight conference not to worry, that he has this 100%

*Celebrates all throughout the weigh in as if he had won the lottery and even thanks floyd.

      *Pacquiao lies about the injury.

*Has the worst performance of his career

*Tells the entire world he feels he won the fight and no mention of the injury

*later tells everyone his shoulder was ****ed up.

*People are pissed this fight ****** balls

After all this, his people feel he deserves a hero's welcome? Damn...

That was done on both sides. Its expected.

but there were rumors that Manny skipped several sessions of sparing and Roach saying that it was OK because he was ahead of schedule.

I was concerned and posted that it more than likely is due to an injury. Now we know that it was due to the injury.

but then what is curious is you believe everything you want to believe from Roach and company. That is funny.

              "Hero's" welcome?

              What did he do?

I guess things are very different in the PI. No one had a parade for the Seattle Seahawks. No one had a parade for the Miami Heat. Did they have a parade for Maidana, Canelo, or Cotto, after they were defeated by Mayweather? Seriously...did they? I didn't read a report on BoxingScene, for a parade for Marquez, after he put Manny asleep. Did BoxingScene report that? Seriously...did they?

Pacquiao lied either way, he was either lying about he injury or that he was healthy. Regardless, he still promised his people and his fans something he couldn't accomplish.

I'm not saying I believe their lying team. I'm just stating what they kept on saying before the fight. How Pacquiao's killer instinct was back, how he was busting people up, that they had the perfect gameplan. That they were ready even if floyd ran. Which everything was false.

The fact that the fight played out as it did was all Pacquiao's fault. Pacquiao had to fight his fight, we all know how Mayweather fights. Giving Pacquiao a hero's welcome after he lied to them and gave everyone false hopes is just plain ******ed.

If that was the last time we got to see Pacquaio in the ring so be it, hope focuses fully on lifting his country up and actually gets some shhh done. Surprised Vegas hasn't talked about any plans to do something for Floyd as well. He'd deserve the strip shut down for a parade to him as well.
vegas had done many good things for floyd already...

like i keep saying, he brought the country together. Allowed them to forget about their dismal lifestyle and enjoy an event. If for even one day he allowed these people to hope and dream. For one man to do this for this poverty country thats a hero in my book.

I know, juts like im sure they know, Pac didnt even come close to succeeding but it was good for these people.

Sorry to ramble on like Arum but thats how i feel. Hero for the country in my book but lost respect for the man as a boxer
