The sauna part had me laughing. I see this at the gym all the time, fat dudes go into the sauna thinking they lost weight afterwards when as soon as they drink and eat something salty they gain it back. Sauna's are a joke.

Sometimes your natural talents can be a gift and a curse. The gift is the amazing speed and athleticism he is blessed with. The Curse for many is usually the lack of a work ethic. Athleticism runs in the Russell family, his brothers are all fast as well. You can get away with getting by on natural talent when you're in your 20's and young but when you get older and the speed starts to slow down, THEN WHAT?

Maybe that loss was the wakeup call he needed because he looked flawless vs Gonzalez (of course Gonzalez is not as talented as Lomachenko).

Gary Russell's story about the sauna are True, but He and his Team are lying and placing the blame on Marvin, when in FACT Gary has a HISTORY OF USING THE SAUNA BECUASE HE'S LAZY AND DOEASNT LIKE TO RUN, lol.
