It's an interesting proposition but an unreal one. Unless the aim is to get belts at 160 of which cotto presents less of an obstacle than the alternatives.

I'll have to see it to believe it; so, Floyd Sr. do everything you can to make this fight happen.

problem with the fight is an undrained GGG would dominate floyd but a drained GGG with rehydration limits etc isn't really GGG

Another fantasy fight fan I see. If GGG says he can make 154 then there are no excuses except for Floyd fanatics who say he beats GGG with ease but will never fight him because of excuse x, y and z.

I'm afraid the power differential in this one would be too much. Still would be very exciting to see if Floyd could pull it off.

              He might.

Mayweather Sr can't look at things objectively when it comes to his son....not many parents can. At this stage of Mayweather's career GGG beats the hell out of him.

Lol , I hate to admit it. But Floyd seems to beat everyone. So I wouldn't be surprised if he beat golovkin

Chad Dawson said he could make 168, yet you're one of the main guys that said Ward drained Dawson despite it being Dawson's decision to go down in weight. To this day you've given Ward no credit for beating the consensus #1 LHW in the world at the time :/

You also call me a fantasy fight fan when I don't even want this fight to happen. I've seen you in Ward-GGG threads, and know you have 0 objectivity when it comes to potential opponents of your favorite fighters. You won't give Floyd credit for this fight (if by some miracle it happens), and you're gonna keep saying Ward needs to fight Kovalev (and not GGG), so spare me your BS

Canelo said he could make 150, it was made at 152. Were there excuses??
