Why are people making Khan out to be King Kong?

The guy who couldn't handle Danny Garcia's power, who was out on his feet literally full survival mode in the last round against Maidana, who recently lost to Lamont Peterson is now supposed to be able to take Manny Pacquaio's power? LMAO, Khan would be KO3 against Pacquaio, they both will land shots for sure but Manny has a far better chin & defense, Manny can & will take what Khan has to give, Khan can't take even 30% of what Pacquaio's has to give, soon as the first straight left bomb lands the fight will be virtually over.

Amir King Khan lol the new p4p no.1 and the guy Mayweather been avoiding the last 5years

    Delusional.

That is the word that basically sums up Amir Khan and his fan base.

I don't see why Khan couldn't beat Pacquiao at this point. Honestly, there are far worse match-ups in the WW division for Khan than Mayweather and Pacquiao. Let's face it, they aren't the same fighters they were. Combined haven't had a legit knockout for 10 years+.

If Khan were to face Porter, Maidana, Thurman or Brook - I think it would be a way way different story.

Has his chin gotten better? Did he get hurt by joel diaz, marco Antonio barrera, marcos maidana, danny Garcia, bredi Prescott, and just about any real puncher he's ever faced. Now he's going to survive and beat 'the puncher/offensive fighter' of the era? Based on what his performance against luis Collazo

His chin hasn't gotten better, but he's improved since those days. Pacquiao might be the best offensive fighter of this era, but not current pacman. That dude is gone.

remember that Garcia got him on the neck not the chin. Also the Petterson loss was split and iffy. (later the belts were given back to khan)
