It is funny as **** to me that even after watching Manny line up against a group of mid-tier 140 lb'ers..... then mentioning fights like Vargas/Provodnikov/Rios/Alverado..... then getting outclassed by Mayweather in a cashout fight..... that silly pacstains actually think that Manny would fight Canelo, let alone actually BEAT HIM !

Let's just hope Cotto wins and they make that fight....
Ofcourse Cotto will get KO'd ... Cotto is much better than Kirklan... So it will be a more interesting fight... I saw a more polished boxer in Canelo with the same devastating power... Canelo by late KO ... Cotto goes down multiple times and ends with a brutal one shot KO like Kirkland ... Hopefully the boricua retires after that... He just doesn't get off the couch that much.., he Hinks he is worth more than he really is... I bet in his head he wants to get a Mayweather rematch... Lol.
I fear he will duck Canelo... Hopefully I'm wrong.

I hope both fighters can put their ego's on the side to make the fight happen because canelo came out saying one major reason why fight didn't happen was he is sponsor by tecate and cotto is sponsor by corona and neither fighter wanted to budge. Who freaking cares...people are going to drink what they want to drink. Seriously! both fighters are still getting paid a lot money so it shouldn't matter.

LeBestia......I do have Canelo winning cotto BUT I don't think it will be an easy fight for him cuz one thing Canelo has shown is...he is VERY Vunerable to jabs. Canelo had no answer to Mayweather jabs and canelo had no answer to Lara jabs. Cotto does throw jabs....so that will make the fight close if it does go to decision.

Everyone has bad nights, Canelo was lucky to beat him, as well as Lara. Canelo really is 2-3 in his last 5 fights really.

I don't know ish about boxing?????? I do know that the difference from the trout fight to Now is cotto has Freddy Roach, in case you didn't know. That does help in some ways. Bottom line, action speak louder than words.......canelo action has shown that he is vunerable to jabs. he couldn't escape mayweather jabs & he couldn't escape lara jabs. that's not my opinion, canelo showed the world that's a fact. Im a canelo fan, but question will ALWAYS BE....what he did last night can he do that to A-Plus fighters. I do hope the fight ends up happening.

I still think that Canelo/Cotto could be a great fight.

Crazy it hasnt happened as yet, they first mentioned it years ago.

Cotto will probably wait for Mayweather, but I would prefer that he fight Canelo.
