I think Valero should beat some C level fighters first, before he gets a title shot.

If Mosquera keeps his poise and distance, not get intimidated, he has a chance to beat Valero in the late rounds. Mosquera has pop in his punches as well, no doubt after seeing his fight with Yodsanan 3K. Valero never got past the 1st round until just recently, his stamina is highly suspect given the amount of pressure and energy he puts up from the get go.

I seen some of his vids.

not impressive most of his KO is because of his oppenete lack of ability.

here is a list of cons:
        - Shots are wid and slow.
        - does not use the jab and hooks that much only the jab for the stright left.
        - very very bad combination. He really does not have good combination and that is very bad e****ally if you have some power.
        - Stamina

He tend to lean forward for his strong punchs and put his right hand in the front. If someone counterpuncher his straight-left he is a gonner because all his body is leaned forward.
