The fans are suing because team pac lied about being 100% to the fans who then paid for a product that was sold to them on a lie you can't lie about missing weight everyone knew and could have not bought the ppv if they were that disgusted.

Both parties are in the wrong here, but NSAC thinks they can shoulder the blame (no pun intended on Pacquiao and his team) morally the commission must do their job but they allowed the fight to go on denying Pac his meds, because they didnt want to be blamed for calling off the biggest fight in history.

I personally would have just given the legal pain medications to Pac, USADA was even there and had papers that they approved the pain meds during training. the Commissioner should get in trouble himself.

are you saying all/most bets were placed after the weigh-ins and pre-fight questionnaire form submission? can you show proof?

2 hours out of the month the Pac camp knew about it? That ain't ****. Yes it is their fault they had all the reasons to be su****ious about some last minute sedative having never been informed of an injury.

This is worse than a fine able missing weigh in offense because essentially they defrauded everyone who paid money for the fight going in thinking they where doing so to watch a healthy Pacquiao fight not a handicapped one.

in a nutshell, the fans were looked upon as cheated...pac not being 100% during the fight...

i now wonder if fighters who cheated on the scales, were not in effect also cheating the fans....if so, were there any lawsuits from the fans or sanctions imposed by authorities?

                  just asking..

ya know what, few fighters step up at 100%. Pac showed, gave what he had and it's over.

in the end the fans paid to see a show. Unfortunately Pac has an injury and fought the best that he could.

I guess that this will snowball in to the NFL soon, where players play injured and do their best every week of the season. I guess that the people who paid to see these football players perform are due a refund because the players could not perform at peak levels. Probably only if their favorite team lost.

A professional athlete performs to the best of his abilities with or without injuries, injuries are simply part of all sports and **** happens.
