If Mexican officials went through the same lengths as they do to find ways to cheat the system as they do building quality fighters they'd be on fire. Not if you're Mexican. Ask Jr being allowed to skip drug test or being gifted fights, ask Salido who was allowed to low blow Loma consistently. Canelo with bs scorecards, now Fugueroa. Mexican cartel paying off officials in Texas. It's a shame, they really should be investigated.Comment

New England mentioned it in his post. ****ie Cole was the long time head of the state's Combative Sports Program which functions as the boxing (and mma) commission there.
He was basically in charge of the screwed up drug testing program they have and obviously has some influence as to who gets picked to ref and judge fights.Comment

It's very corrupt here in Texas. It's embarrassing at times. My boxing instructor got a job at the TXDLR for awhile. He went in there with a great attitude and was determined to try and do things right. He didn't last two years. He said it was a complete cesspool.Comment
, the ******liciousness came out on accident, huh?
