Lawrence Cole is to blame, I was going to create a thread acknowledging his blatant bias which seems to be for Mexican fighters...
I love many Mexican fighters but I don't think Figueroa won that at all, he looked awful today the scorecards were just as bad as Figueroa and Coles performances on night.

Props to Burns I thought he was going to get took to the gutters but he clearly didn't he won that imo.

Larry Cole the ref, but also Omar is an Al Haymon fighter, they tend to get gifts or wide decision.

Agreed I thought Burns won no doubt. The 2 points that were deducted was BS. Scorecards were horrible.

It seemed like Skysports were in the fix job as well though Hectari...
It really gets you questioning your ability to judge fights, I just didn't see anything at all special from Figueroa, I don't think Fig won the fight but I don't think he lost badly.

The two point deductions were very dubious, the very man to deduct Burns points seemed to be happy to ignore Fig holding and punching and at times he was touching the fighters hands lol... wtf is that **** all about.

I had burns by 3 rounds even with the 2 point deduction
