I think we can all agree, Amir Khan is a bigger threat to TBE then GGG.

I agree that Kahn is the most Under Deserving opponent for A Mayweather Fight. The only reason his name comes up is because of his UK Following .

Re:Khan, Mayweather stops him from getting off and beats him to the punch almost everytime. Khan's workrate drops to zilch. Then the inevitable warrior Khan comes out and he opens up/gets dropped hard.
Floyd hasn't KO'd anyone in 8 years. Floyd doesn't have the punching power to KO Khan.

If Mayweather and GGG fight, it would have to be at either 154 or 152. GGG would be too weight-drained to present any real threat to Floyd. His power and stamina would drop drastically, and he's quite slow and flat-footed anyway, so Floyd would beat GGG quite easily with a UD.

Khan has the faster punches and quicker jabs, along with comparable punch accuracy and range control, so it's unlikely Floyd could beat Khan to the punch. Khan also has a higher work rate than Floyd. And under Virgil Hunter, Khan doesn't drop his defense like that anymore. Khan has a good chance of outboxing Floyd, but the fight could go either way.

Amir Khan is a bigger threat to Floyd's 0, while GGG is a bigger threat to Floyd's well-being. That's why Khan is the more likely opponent.

This has to be one of the dumbest posts I've ever seen. They can't both have Victor Ortiz as a sparring partner.

If Floyd fights GGG, I will be disappointed. For his last fight he needs to defeat the post possible opponent out there and that is King Amir Khan not GGG.
              Based on what exactly?????

              - Khan doesn't have the discipline and can be counted on to undermine whatever success he may have
              - Khan doesn't have the ring IQ
              - Khan will try to box Floyd ........ Critical mistake!!!!
              - If Khan historically struggles with lesser opponents constantly, then I ask again, how does he all of a sudden pull a rabbit out of the hat?

It is completely mind-boggling how wishful thinking colors peoples view among boxing's fan base. It is also bizarre how so-called boxing fans still haven't become students of the game and can sense the BS match-ups in advance.

I'm guessing the detractors can start accumulating their excuses why Khan shouldn't have been in the ring with Floyd in the first place .... now!!!!

Floyd would get his first KTFO in many years against Khan, and he won't have to pull an Ortiz cheap shot to do it.

GGG would put Floyd in the ICU, and everyone knows it.

                  Again, styles make fights.

Danny Garcia had troubles with Ashley Theophane and Maurcio Herrera, but did well against Matthysse and Khan.

You are negating the fact that top-tier boxers overcome styles and aren't side-tracked by them. Speculation, conjecture and wishful thinking have a place in some sports, boxing isn't one of them.

Khan is missing essential experience that would prepare him for elite level opponents. Mainly because he has made a career of fighting retiring, and C-Level opponents.

                      Truth!!!!

Khan's fanbase come up with this bizarre shit constantly. And these threads become even more absurd after Khan avoided Brook to fight a feather fisted Algeri, because he was terrified of getting KTFO.

Yet and in spite of the many peer avoidance Khan is guilty of, he's now magically the "Neo" of the boxing world.

This shit is completely ridiculous and an insult to right-thinking individuals.
