So you are saying that Floyd boxed his ears off? If you include Hugging, bending below the waist, and so on, sure you are right. but all those things didn't require Floyd to threw one punch. So no boxing no ears off. You were probably thinking of some other fights.

Kenny does that every fight. It means nothing unless he stops time and gives Floyd hard warnings then deducts points.

What Floyd does is illegal no matter how old the rule is. Floyd does not do the same thing every time. It depends on his position and if its safe to bear hug the opponent. If he can't do it directly, he then bends below the waist, turns his body away from the opponent then sticks out his hands to grab and hug his opponents. That can be called for so many things but Kenny did nothing.

Holyfield blames the ref. Mayweather does what he does because he can get away with it. So all Holyfield is saying is that when a fighter does that, give them a hard warning then deduct points. So this includes all fighters.
