        Figueroa was stripped not because of his brittle hands, but because he suffered that terrible gash over his left eye from an accidental head clash with Daniel Estrada in their 2014 Aug. 18 title bout -- injury that requested a long layoff... Omar also wanted to move up at 140... In exchange, Burns wanted to move back down at 135 -- which he didn't.
