Galarza had a TKO5 loss to Kell Brook back in 2011.

He had three wins against three opponents with some REALLY bad records (9-29-2, 10-33-1, 2-23) in 2013, and he has had no fights since.

they have no obligation to make weight, PBC/Haymon want it this way. Their guys can have all the advantages because they're the in house fighters.

It's scary if what you're saying is true. Coming in intentionally overweight while you're opponent is professional and comes in dead on is cheating. I don't know if it's intentional but that's my opinion looking in from the outside.
