Dirty tactics with referee complacency are key to Floyd's "success"

I did find some time to rewatch the one sided beating and counted the amount of clinches in the fight.
Round 1: 1
Round 2: 3
Round 3: 2
Round 4: 0
Round 5: 1
Round 6: 2
Round 7: 2
Round 8: 0
Round 9: 1
Round 10: 0
Round 11: 0
Round 12: 1
________________
Total: 13
Thats ~1 clinch (thats the term in boxing and a basic of the sport) per Round. So what you ****heads talking about?
Com'on proof me wrong *****es?
PS: But can you guys explain me in what book of boxing is Mannys move writen, in which he bents over and stretches his head towards Floyds ****? I saw that several times and seems to be something new to avoid that punches raining on him.
Also, when Floyd clinched, he also had the nerve of rabbit-punching. Of course, no points deducted.
Please tell me, how many clinches were initiated by Manny? Does zero sound familiar? How many rabbit punches did he throw?
I would like to have seen that "fight" take place in neutral territory, that is, with a referee which wasn't an African American, chosen by Floyd and siding with him, without American judges favoring cowardly defensive fight styles. Without Floyd choosing what gloves to use, what blood tests to be applied, and curiously having Manny drained of his blood tons of times before the fight, leaving him (Floyd) practically untouched, compared with Manny. That would have evened things out a bit.
I watched a re-run of the fight Floyd-Guerrero and I counted the clinches, omitting the semi-clinches. In the whole fight, I just saw Guerrero initiating a clinch once, so here's the tally round by round of Floyd's clinches. JUST IMAGINE IF REFEREES HAD TO DEDUCT ONE POINT EVERY TIME A "FIGHTER" CLINCHED FOR THE THIRD TIME? Even by your own biased count, Floyd would have been deducted four points vs. Manny! So, here's the Floyd-Guerrero clinch count I got (all clinches initiated by Floyd of course):
CLINCHES FLOYD VS. GUERRERO (ALL OF THEM INITIATED BY MAYWEATHER)
Round 1: 5
Round 2: 3
Round 3: 4
Round 4: 0
Round 5: 2
Round 6: 2
Round 7: 5 Guerrero: 1
Round 8: 0 (Guerrero was hurt in this round, no need of clinches by Floyd)
Round 9: 4
Round 10: 1
Round 11: 4
Round 12: 7 (In this one, Guerrero connected Floyd in the face real hard)
________________
Total: 37 (Not considering semi-clinches or "quick grabs", that stopped Guerrero's attack before Floyd jumped backwards or ran away to the sides).
Again, if there was a rule in place, where every third deliberate clinch to stop the opponent's attack a point was deducted, in this case Floyd would have been deducted twelve points! He would have lost that fight by a landslide. This just shows how CRUCIAL is using dirty tactics for the likes of Floyd and Ward, who are RUINING BOXING by fighting in a cowardly manner: clinching, pushing, elbowing, and never engaging the opponent. Guerrero was a big-sized, hard-punching dangerous opponent, always pushing forward, with much better reach than Manny, so naturally Floyd had to use his dirty tactics to neutralize him, with the complacency of the referee and the judges of course.Last edited by sterilizer; 05-09-2015, 10:09 AM.

Rematch is required. Fight was not a clinic by any means and Manny just had his shoulder operated on. Come on now... Fight was BS and it's hilarious to hear Floyd all brave AFTER the fight. Even during the ref instructions, Floyd looked like he wanted to cry.
Manny deserves the benefit of the doubt because not only was he an old man, but his shoulder was in need of SURGERY.

Sorry to destroy your agenda there little fella, but Pac's team already made it perfectly clear they walked away when Floyd presented them a fight. They fought Clottey. Remember? Now go sit your crying ass down.... smh
