Their ain't no breaks in boxing, if you are serious, give yourself the best chance to succed and go everyday.

Pros take breaks, amatures don't. Don't confuse one with the other.

Pros have paid their dues and the best ones only take small breaks and run when they are taking breaks, but an amature, especially young is still in the learning process and shouldn't be no breaks, one day is enough of a break.

he had been called out to chicago cause 1 of his fighters had a late call for him to fight so i went down there and jus sparred 11 of his guys. but he called me and told me to come back down there next month. i guess he heard i did pretty good
