13 or 14 clinches in 12 rounds is nothing to 17 in 1 round by Ali (I don't care, by the way.Ali did what he had to do) against Foreman. In rounds 11 and 12, Mayweather stood in front Pacquiao with his hands down and Pacquiao wouldn't throw. Why? Because he was tentative even then.... but he would have you believe he thought he was winning so took his foot off the gas! Then later it was his shoulder, much later.
