Wilder should fight someone better than Stivernne. Don't make the same mistake Leo Santa Cruz is making by fighting lesser opposition.

Wilder is a belt holder but he needs to act like what he really is-a contender for WLad's title.

IMO he should fight Fury or Povetkin next, then Wlad at the end of the year.

WIth all the backlash from Floyd easily beating Manny, Wilder and wlad could make a huge splash, especially in NYC with the ref not allowing wlad to hug and hold.

I think he's in line to fight the winner of Povetkin vs Mike Perez. If he takes that fight after this one i have no issue with that. then hopefully Klitschko or Fury to open next year

A HW title fight against a subnational level opponent from a small auditorium in Alabama. Sad to see what HW boxing has degenerated to.

Since Wilder is still in the 'development stage' he should be fighting guys better than Molina. He's gonna spark this guy out in one round, big ****in' deal. He should face Tony Thompson; Thompson's a big, tall durable fighter but lacks certifiable hw power. Thompson would give Wilder good rounds and would make him work for the win

Ok. I get this is the hometown fight to celebrate, look good, and get a check but I think it hurts more than it helps.

Agree with Boston Guy. He needs to keep up the quality of his level of opposition.

He is coming off an injury and will have a mandatory (maybe his toughest fight) fight next. Plus he is fighting in Alabama next so I give him a pass for now.

i hope fighting either povetkin or wlad is a part of his plan for this year. both guys would knock him out.

Sounds good, rack up 3 title defences this year and fight Wlad early next year! Wilder better be the goods.
