But all the rest are just 'show matches', it really sucks as a hardcore boxing fan and someone who likes to make money betting that we have to suffer so many miss matches and padded records just so the casual gets hyped off guys knocking out bums.

Broner should definitely be in deep in his next fight, he's had 3 soft touches in a row since Maidana.

Action wise Selby-Gradovich is better because one is an aggressor and the other who likes to box that style and tee off that type of come forward fighter. Point being at least one will be pushing the action.

Degale-Dirrell will be more of a chess match.

Yes and No. It is up to you how you want to define it. Both Degale and Groves were mixing with British level opposition. How can Degale be stepping up when he was already the champ of UK? Stepping up to what level? They were the best opponents for each other at that level.

A step up would be Degale right after that fight winning the European title against a 30 fight veteran going from domestic to continental level opposition. Incredible for a 13 fight novice. Then he stepped up against Gonzalez for the IBF spot.

Point being Degale has stepped up his opposition in the past. This is not the first or second time.
