Hugging, avoiding, cheating... Floyd is DESTROYING boxing

    I agree 100% with Holyfield.

The super-coward cheater boxing style (of the likes of Mayweather and Ward as well as Klitscho to some extent, in the hugging department that is) is destroying boxing.

The only reason the Manny-Floyd fight ******, was because of Mayweather. Pac was willing to engage in the first half of the "fight" until he got tired and disappointed with his super-cowardly opponent's tactics. The first half of the fight was a tad bit exciting because of Manny's attacks. Afterwards it got super-boring because he realized he wasn't gonna catch Floyd, obviously he trained to be able to avoid getting hit by Manny, all that bull**** about chopping wood, becoming stronger, aiming for a KO was just a sham, but Floyd's fans are completely ignoring that. Their idol fought like a coward all fight, he never even attempted to attack and fulfill his promise of KO'ing Manny.

I cannot wait for the day when such a disgrace for boxing, Floyd Mayweather Jr. finally retires, as well as Andre Ward, Rigondeaux, Lara, all the fighters with cowardy "fighting" styles where avoiding getting hit is 95% of what they do.

And I also cannot wait for the day when referees man up and start deducting points for deliberately hugging to stop the opponent's offensive, and judges stop rewarding cowardly fighters who are granted rounds on the sole basis of landing a couple of pot shots right after their opponent missed.

Floyd is (thank God) old now and I don't think he will last much longer. When he is finally gone (good riddance!), it will be a glorious day for boxing!

In all honesty Floyd didn't deserve close to $300 million with the way he fought, he should thank Pacquiao, and the public who hated him for the $300 m. . The public should be suing floyd too for refusing to engage. Floyd ran, evaded, and threw pity pat punches as a way to get out of heated situations. Defensive boxing was poorly portrayed. I chuckle and smh at the thought of people actually believing floyd is a master of defensive boxing. Pernell should be greatly insulted and should speak out.

And how can you say you can beat Pac 100 times when you dodged him multiple times in 5 years and won't even give a rematch? Floyd is really laughable.

He certainly don't deserve that big pay check with the way he preformed that night. This is a fighting game, and a hurt business. He put on his Marathon sneakers that night.

history would be the better judge who's better between chickenfloyd and manny...manny wanted to fight and floyd wanted to run and hug...how can floyd be called the best ever when he is afraid to engaged pacquiao?

rules in boxing should be changed and a fighter who run, hug, grab and refuses to engage must be disqualified...so bored with mayweather's style...he's a runner man!

Holyfield was the dirtiest fighter there is lol..he hugged and head butted everyone he has faced..but pac fans will cling to anything right now to make themselves feel good..matter of fact is that 99.9% of the boxing experts are against pacquiao and his cowardly excuses and lies..he's simply the #48

Difference between Holyfield's and TBF's hugging is that

                  Holyfields hugged against bigger men

TBF hugged and ran from a one armed midget lol

It's already been decided. I know you were upset and avoided reading articles after the fight, but it will only get more favourable.
