Why is 50 cents so quick to get rid of his best fighters?

I mean Gamboa going up in weight to fight Crawford, now Kirkland with a Canelo fight after such a long layoff. Its almost like he's cashing out every time

He's not going to be able to compete with the likes of real companies like Haymon Boxing, Mayweather Promotions, DiBella, and Roc Nation Promoters. His time in boxing will come to an end real soon.

Everybody starts somewhere. Why get such known names on your stable only to cash them out. You mean he couldn't have used Kirkland or Gamboa and build them up a little to at least get a bigger payday for such big threats they are/were facing?

I don't think 50 knows how to manage a career, he just knows how to make good fights that people come to see.

It'll be interesting to see if he can build up a prospect to having championship fights.
