    Next big rivalry?

Now that the whole mayweather-pacquiao thing has come to an end (rematch won't happen,so both sides stop b*tching) what is going to be the new rivalry/topic of debate? There already exists minor ones like golovkin-ward,and stevenson-kovalev,and to a much smaller extent canelo-cotto,and walters-lomanchenko,but which one will be the new big thing? Feel free to give your opinions.

Doubt any rivarly in the near future will have as much drama as Mayweather-Pacquiao. GGG-Ward, Wilder-Joshua. There needs to be another "bad guy" in boxing to make things interesting again

May/Pac was 15 years in the making. We have a long ways to go.

One problem is that the young fighters were not good enough to take the torch from the cash cows like May and Pac did with Oscar. So whoever it is will have to build their name from scratch and become a ppv draw on their own.

It will be a while before we get another rivalry as substantial as Pac and May

You very rarely get the 2 biggest draws and top 2 best fighters in the world in the same division.

It's unbelievable the fight took as long as it did to get made.

                    Stevenson-Kovalev

Look at the parallels. It's been going for awhile now. Both sides are accusing the other side of ducking. And people saying that if they do fight it will be a tremendous fight.
