Pacquiao has literally said nothing about it since Floyd went on record about a rematch other than he would accept if the rematch was offered. How the F is that a deal breaker?

I'm extremely serious. Why else would he say, "Oh, Pacman was a true competitor and I will give him a rematch", before he found out about the surgery and the severity of the injury? Then, all of the sudden, he all like " Pac is a coward and he get's no rematch"?

Floyd fought brilliantly.........but, knowing that Pacquiao was hurt badly, it does seriously make one question if he could have went 12 rounds and beat a 100% Pacquiao. Just watch the fight again up until the rd. 4 injury. Pacquiao was winning and in control.
