he doesn't slow down much, but enough and in the right ways that will be favorable to pacquiao, he becomes flat-footed and starts throwing long arm punches

when he has energy(early on) he's usually on with cat-like reflexes, any sudden movements and he jolts with lightning quick counters but by the later rounds he's almost lazy and pacquiao still hurts guys late and has usually made a major adjustment by then himself
