This Pacquiao, in May 2 2015, had the best chance at beating Floyd. Roach already said 5 years ago they would lose. And at 37 his chances aren't exactly going to get better. In 2011-2014 Pacquiao wasn't exactly spectacular, looking subpar against Mosley and Bradley, beating Marquez in a robbery and then getting KO'ed out cold by him. It's going to get any better for you Pacquiao fans. I can already see the excuses of the surgery raining down worse than the first fight. "Floyd aggravated the injury by holding, Manny needed more time, we rushed into a rematch, his shoulder was 100% at first but then half an hour before the fight it tore again and the NSAC didn't help us." Has GGG said he is willing to go down to 154 for a Mayweather fight? If so you have a good argument. However Mayweather already said he's gonna fight who he wants to fight and I don't blame it. After May 2nd performance he earned it imo

Matter of factly GGG has said on multiple occasions he can make 154 for specefic purpose of a Floyd fight. But, you right 19 years, 48-0 he can make his own decisions.

Regardless of all that he still won. I hardly see or hear anyone using Manny as a scapegoat. All I hear about his how Floyd ran and hugged. The man is 38. Those Hatton and Gatti days are behind him. He did what he had to do to win rather handily, I might add. His timing aint the same, he's even built like a little old man now. Stop the hate.

Half the people are crying about Floyd hugging and running,and the other half are ****ting on Pacquiao for not reporting the injury,and denying them of the fight that they deserved. Dude,both didn't do ****. The whole fight was ****,and both did the bare minimum to call it a fight,rather than a spar. But since we need to dump all the negativity surrounding the fight,everyone is using Manny as a scapegoat. I see it like this;yes Manny put forth a **** performance,and yes he couldn't cut of the ring enough to trap mayweather. But here's my question,if Floyd had pacquiaos timing down,had him hesitant and gun shy,kept him at the perfect distance, why didn't Floyd connect more? Why didn't he put a beating on him gatti or hatton style? At least why didn't he knock him down,or one two him Ortiz style. He would have at least ****ed up his face Guerrero style.
