Imagine the outcry if Khan fought a bum like Gavin then said that about Floyd. He'd be called deluded and mentally unstable, lets not hold double standards.

Whether yoy like it or not, Algieri is a former world champon and only lost to the second best fighter of this era. whereas Frankie "send an insomniac to sleep" Gavin lost when he stepped up to European level. I had Skeete beating him also.Comment

Khan is more talented and accomplished. Unless Floyd plans to shock the world and move up to 160, Khan is the most worthy opponent left at 147.
After Khan, from a stylistic perspective I would love to see Floyd-Lara at 154.
But Khan brings more fans ($$) to the table and actually has the resume to prove he belongs on that stage.
A third option for me would be Keith Thurman.
Brook is not even top 3 on my list of worthy opponents. The guy has been living off the Porter win far too long and wants to slither his way past Khan doing absolutely nothing.Comment

Kell Brook insists he is experienced enough to hand Floyd Mayweather his first professional defeat.
The Fight of the Century saw Mayweather extend his record to 48-0 by outclassing Manny Pacquiao over 12 rounds in Las Vegas last weekend.
The American superstar has one fight remaining on his Showtime contract and insists he will retire afterwards – so Brook has to beat Amir Khan to the opportunity of facing Mayweather.

Logically explain to me exactly why Algieri is a bum. He lost to the second best in our era, outboxed Ruslan and dominated Taylor.
Please tell me about Frankie Gavin. Can't wait.
Remember this is a debate about Algieri vs Gavin.Comment
