Eh, im not too sure as half the fans of boxing i know WANT Mayweather to go for ko's or at least look like he's trying to. I for one would appreciate a lil more entertainment from him in the ring. His style suits and works for him but im sure if he let his hands go more often, all the while still outclassing his opponent, he'd garner more hardcore and casuals alike. Its unfortunate that he's down to his last 1 or 2 fights. He was a BEAST at 135lbs and belowLast edited by Achcauhtli; 05-07-2015, 10:44 AM.Comment

Floyd knows damn well that if he would have ko manny the way he did hatton, he would have been praised. He needs to stop it. He choose to fight his boring, defsensive fight and won. Good for him, enjoy the money. Just dont go around looking for any "props" after that ****ing dud of a fight.Comment

Floyd was def a more exciting fighter in the beginning of his career. He said himself that he wished he was a PPV star back then so people could see.
I use to always want to defend the sweet science and tell everybody that "its not boring!!" but who am I tell to somebody what is boring to them or not? The biggest knock on Floyd is that he doesn't have a fan friendly style. Its hard to argue that. That doesn't mean he sucks. Ward and Rigo are two of the best boxers in the world and nobody gives a **** about them outside of their fanbase. Still, It doesn't make them any less of a person.Comment

If Floyd KO'ed Pac, then the regular casuals (the ones that tuned in because they heard Fight of the Century) will have no room to complain. Only the true hating casuals will find something.Comment
