Floyd will fight Pac again now... in case nothing dramatic would occur...

It would be senseless. Now that Mayweather had 12 rounds in the ring with Pc, the second fight would be even wider. So, no not really. I will watch it if there will be a rematch, of course but I'm no really interested in. For me, now it's obvious who's the better I don't need more evidence.

Hell no. I'm done with both to be honest.

Pac is a SHELL of his former self with or without a shoulder injury.
He'll be 37 next year which is a dinosaur for his fighting style and Jr. ain't any younger as he'll be clocking in nearly 40.

This was a sad fight that was overhyped to mask the truth. It was a fight 5-6 years overdo that lost it's true potential of what it would had been had Pac never gotten KO'd by Marquez and he was bulldozing everyone in front of him.

Of course, the harcore boxing fans don't need the rematch...
... But what if the "main actors" want to turn this into a soap opera?

I want both to retire. I wanted them to retire a year ago, I wanted them to retire when the fight was made, and now that it's over I'm counting the days until they're gone.

... but they still made a shit load of money, right?

And this is against a fighter who needed surgery for an injury sustained before the fight.

The same he did not want to fight for 5 years even though the fight would bring him the most money.
Maidana 2... He hugged and ran and pot shotted that whole fight, much to fight fans' chagrin.

But anyway, you, and your ilk, are saps. So what they told Usada about an injury, it was all just insurance. Groundwork laid ahead of time. That gives them a ready made excuse to lock in a rematch. We are talking BIG money here. You don't think Konsz and the crooks at Top Rank would lie to make a bundle of money? Only thing better than a vault of money is 2 vaults.

The truth serum is in the ring. I've sustained a shoulder injury similar to what Pac supposedly has, and the pain would have been excruciating to throw even one jab. My friend had a more severe case and couldn't lift his arm and has complications from that injury to this day. 5 or 6 years later. Pac was fine in there, just outmatched and outwitted. His movements in there do not corraborate with my own knowledge of the injury he claims. It's literally laughable how gullible some people are, a part and parcel of why I take long hiatuses from this site.

But assuming , on the slim chance, the truth is being told. What are the odds of a fighter coming back from a surgery to fight better than before? A large swath of boxing history shows that similar cases trend exactly opposite from that.

Nope. And neither do casuals. Nearly everyone that does is a Pacquiao diehard and even most of them don't wanna see it. Pacquiao-Mayweather II would flop. Not relative to other matchups but to their expectations. Not enough money for Mayweather to do it anyway.

You underestimate the gullibility of folks. There is still money in a rematch. All they have to do is peddle controversy and it will get the desired result.

But the fight itself will still suck.

                      #48 had his chance.

                      On to the next.
