I kinda feel bad for Kirkland. It's clearly getting to his head. I think he liked the verbal and physical abuse that Ann brought him up with and now he's developed feelings for her that go beyond being his trainer.

Also, can someone tell me if I used the phrase "romantically engrossed in Ann Wolfe" in the title correctly? When I read it aloud it doesn't sound right. Should it have been engrossed WITH Ann Wolfe instead of 'in'? I'm always trying to better my vocabulary. Thanks.
