1) @ 1:28 he suggests he and Manny should fight easy opponents on the same card..."nobody unbelievable and make some good money"

2) @ 1:32 in the interview he sticks his finger up his nose...

That fight is actually compelling to me, considering Paulie's disdain for Manny.
