pernell did it before him.. this is nothing new. there's some rule that can be exploited. if you punch that low and accidentally your opponent below the belt, you'll be the one who'll get penalize.

        Round 7

        floyd
        jabs: 6
        power: 3
        body: 1

        pac
        jabs: 5
        power: 4
        body: 1

        my total

        floyd 10
        pac 10

        compubox

        floyd 15
        pac 6

no. just wrong. this was a clear pac round imo. once again the punch totals don't tell us the story of the round. the punches pac landed were so much cleaner and harder. 2 left hands 100% flush on the face, a jab that made floyd bend over like someone broke his back and a right hook that slightly wobbled him. floyd had a lot of jabs but his power shots had nothing on them and barely grazed pac.

                    Round 8

                    floyd
                    jabs: 5
                    power: 4
                    body: 2

                    pac
                    jabs: 4
                    power: 3
                    body: 2

                    my total

                    floyd 11
                    pac 9

                    compubox

                    floyd 15
                    pac 5

uhh i guess the compubox operator doing pac's side died midway through the round? this was a close round on total connects but once again the 3 best punches of the round were landed by pac. he stumbled floyd momentarily 3 times during the round with 100% flush shots while floyds power punches had nothing on them and just barely met the target barely making any impact.

so after rnd 8, score is 3-3 for each fighter and 2 swing rounds?

could easily be 5-3 for each boxer...
