Good Card! I'm a boxing fans so I will watch but according to some on this forum nobody should tune in because they guy they wanted to win did not win on Saturday and nobody got knocked out so let them tell it "BOXING IS DEAD"
I'm ready for the next ERA in Boxing and CANELO is one of the next generation starts that could be at the top of that ERA as far as having the Potential to be that next big Draw and depending on which Kirkland shows up this should be a good fight. It's good that this card is a only week after all the superfight madness. Boxing can finally move on and cast off the dark cloud that's been hanging over it for the past 5 years. There is life after Mayweather and Pacquiao after all!
I like Kirkland, but have little time for his inconsistency. Instead, I want Alvarez to make a statement with this fight (early/mid-rounds KO) and call out Cotto with a venomous rant. Either that or surprise everyone by calling out Golovkin.
