    Josie Harris, who has 3 kids with Floyd Mayweather Jr., has filed a lawsuit for defamation in connection to an interview with Katie Couric conducted two weeks ago... when he claimed Josie was in a drug-fueled rage and he had to "restrain" her during their infamous 2010 domestic violence incident. Mayweather spent two months in jail as a result of their confrontation.

    In the lawsuit, Josie claims that Mayweather flew into a jealous rage that night, broke into her home and viciously attacked her while she was sleeping on her couch ... and alleges that her kids saw part of the beating.

              As soon as I heard mayweather claim she was "on drugs" I knew he could get in some more trouble. If that was really the case, it would have been brought up by his lawyers years ago.
