I was one of the few who wanted to see Cotto fight Floyd first time round, even after the beatings he had taken, would still give Floyd a good fight and thought it was closer than the cards suggested, but no.....i am only interesting in him seeing fight Khan next.

If Mayweather didn't walk into anything you would be right but being a great defensive fighter doesn't mean he don't walk into anything.

Thurman's speed is overlooked, i would expect Mayweather to win but i think Thurman would seriously hurt if not drop him at some point... better than a recycled fight against someone he already beat decisively. A Cotto rematch adds very little to his legacy.
Beating a guy who's best win, is a guy Floyd shut out is an improvement on his legacy? Being the MW champ is 100x's better than beating Thurman or Khan, you thinking otherwise is just sad.

I thought if Floyd won he would find a way to make a deal for a Cotto fight.

Seeing Jay-Z and Beyoncé at the fight suggests he isn't so pissed off at Haymon.

I wonder if Roc Nation and MP can make a deal, that his last fight is at MSG. I think Floyd fighting outside on Vegas might be a good thing.

HE ALREADY HAS A CLEAR WIN OVER COTTO.. beating him again is a complete waste of time. His win over Cotto was one of his best wins and good for his legacy but i'm saying another win really doesn't add much.

Anyway it's not even a realistic fight for 2015, Cotto fighting Geale in June then Canelo sometime later this year, now that's a good fight. SOMETHING WE HAVEN'T ALREADY SEEN.

Ok so Guerrero is his best win? what happened to him not being an improvement on Karras? ok then.

Holding belts in 3 different wieght divisions at once? What's so epic about that. It just reemphasises how ****** and pathetic these belt organisation have become

Keep thinking someone is going to outbox Floyd, yeah right. Or wait, you think he can KO him. Even though Floyd's never even been down in his career and he's fought much harder punchers than Thurman too lol.

Unless Kirkland wins. If that happens, I expect Cotto vs Mayweather rematch to materialize. Cotto wants it, and if Floyd is interested it will get made.

Becuase it was a competitive fight. Cotto was getting in his ass Rounds 7-8 and ran out of gas 9 onward. Looking at the score cards it would seem that it was t competitive. But it just seems that wAy. 1-6 was back in forth. So if Cotto is in same condition As he was against martinez the the fight would be very interesting. Can't say he will win but I'll would watch to find out.
