The injury had legitimacy long before Johnson came out on social media, it was confirmed the morning after the fight. With that said I don't like how it was handled because it honestly came across in bad form minutes after the fight had ended. I don't like how it was handled personally for a fight that took 7 years unless there is more to this story it's done. The fact remains both men wanted that paycheck and this fight was so obviously not for the fans. I think the ticket situation was the nail in the coffin for this fight. It really showed this wasn't for the fans but for the almighty dollar.

I did hear Manny tell Freddie that something hurt in between one of the rounds. It might have been between 5-6 rds. I couldn't hear it exactly so I assumed his calves were the problem.
